The Space Planner serves as a key planning and execution resource within the Global Real Estate & Workplace Strategy (GREWS) team, translating workplace strategy, headcount requirements, business needs, and occupancy data into practical space solutions that support utilization, portfolio optimization, business continuity, and informed decision-making. While New York is the primary area of direct support, the role provides regional planning assistance across the Firm’s portfolio, helps maintain consistent workplace standards, leads defined physical-planning workstreams, coordinates planning inputs with GREWS partners, and provides operational and move-related backup to reduce key-person dependency within the workplace planning function.
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $36.00 to $40.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
